1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Contact details — name, phone number and email address you share when booking a session or sending a WhatsApp message.
• Photographs — the images we shoot for your passport, Emirates ID, family sitting, wedding, birthday or corporate assignment, and the digital files used to print them.
• Payment records — the amount paid, method (cash or card) and receipt reference. Card details themselves are handled by our payment terminal provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic website data — anonymous request logs (page, timestamp, approximate region) needed to serve the site and defend against abuse. This website does not use marketing or advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries and quotes on WhatsApp, phone or in person.
• To prepare, print and deliver your prints and digital files.
• To reissue a photo if you need a reprint or a reshoot after embassy rejection.
• To keep accounting records as required by UAE law.
• To display selected work on our website, Instagram and Facebook — only with your explicit consent. Passport, visa and Emirates ID photos are never published.

4. How long we keep it

• Document photos (passport, visa, Emirates ID): typically kept up to 30 days on our studio workstation so you can request a reprint, then deleted.
• Portrait, family, wedding & event shoots: kept for up to 12 months from the shoot date so you can order additional prints, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Contact and payment records: kept for up to five years to meet UAE tax and accounting obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Our print lab and framing partners, where they are physically handling your order.
• Our card payment processor, for the sole purpose of accepting your payment.
• Government authorities, if we are legally required to disclose information.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to specific uses (for example, using your image on our social media). 7. Children

When we photograph children — for school forms, birthdays or family portraits — a parent or legal guardian must be present and give consent. We never publish an identifiable photograph of a child without written consent from a guardian.

8. Security

Files live on studio workstations protected by passwords and regular backups. Physical prints and order slips are stored inside the studio. Only authorised staff have access.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
